Event: First Hatching

modtheskiesWe're going to put up our first log on Friday night! During this log, your characters will find themselves on the hot, sunny sands of the hatching grounds, very confused, and there will be nine large eggs there. We encourage you to make a comment to the entry with your character's reaction upon arrival, and then other characters are welcome to comment to your character's reaction to start interacting with them. (See below for more detail.) The mods will also briefly NPC the dragonets and comment to your reaction to thread out what they are doing, up until the moment of Impression, when they become your NPC.
Telepathic dragon speech will be done in asterisks. **Got it?**
This is the approximate order of the Hatching/Impressing:
Akito/Agito - green Saith
Zidane - blue Hermeth
Aisha - green Miwath
Cloud - bronze Alteith
Suzaku - bronze Wiruth
Lavi - blue Pith
Tidus - green Tocinth
Namine - gold Tialoth
Reeve - brown Draegsith
(Cheza - no Impression)
(Lelouch - no Impression)
If there is anything you want to happen (e.g. "I want Suzaku to try helping a dragonet that doesn't want him and get mauled a little before impressing Wiruth, anyone want to have the adorable little mauler?") feel free to plan here, or just let it happen in the actual comment threads when they go up.
After the hatching, the wobbly dragonets will immediately demand food. There is none readily available. Once you've found something for the little carnivores to eat they will gorge themselves and pass out. Your characters, due to the empathic bond with their dragons, will also feel hungry and sleepy. But you are welcome to make your own posts about exploring or figuring out what's going on after the main action of the hatching.
Latecomers will be added to this list if they app in time. Ask questions, make requests, plot, or object to your dragon name in the comments here!

Any preference? Should we start on a weekend or a Friday? Is there some mid-week day that's best for you, or any date that's NOT good for you? Let us know your schedule so we don't try to start the game the one day you're going to be out of town until dawn.

I be Fortuna, or Fort if you're lazy like myself. Some of you know me =D For those who don't, I'm a slightly hyper little thing.
I'm going to be playing one Akito/Agito Wanijima from Air Gear.Hands up if you saw that coming. The two are an MPD, so they only have one body. But because DW only has 15 icons, they have two accounts! This is Akito's account, and sky_shark is Agito's. Matching names ftw?

neverforgetsHarro, this is Apa with Lavi. :D He's post-Ark, post-Level 4, post-zombies, and post-Allen's big secret, so he's less right in the head than he used to be. (I'm sure Kanda would say he's never been right in the head.) HE WILL BOTHER EVERYONE! And his dragon's going to scare the bejeezus out of him.

kishinLibek here, bringing you yet more Suzaku. Knight of Seven flavor this time, though, which I've been wanting to play. It'll be... interesting, to say the least, when he gets a dragon. Knight of Seven!Suzaku is the most closed-off of the Suzakus, and a dragon won't really let him remain that way. Always up for plotting, probably always up for dragon-mind-link-related pr0n. I'm a terrible human being.
